Shipping & Returns


We are confident that you will be pleased with our products. However, if you’re not 100% satisfied with your Zteffany’s purchase, you may return an item within 30 calendar days. Once the return is processed, the purchase amount (less any applicable shipping fees) will be credited to the card used. To process a return, please contact us at info@zteffanys.com or call us at 317-678-7550. We will contact you within one business day with return information. Returns are subject to the following terms and restrictions;

  1. Item(s) must be in the original packaging, unworn and unaltered in any way,
  2. Custom items are non-returnable,
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable,
  4. Return shipping is not provided


Each piece is handmade by Stephanie when the order is received. We process and ship most orders within 3-5 days. All orders are shipped free in the continental United States using USPS priority flat rate shipping. If you require immediate shipment please contact us for other shipping options. If you are outside of the continental United States, please contact us for shipping rates.
